Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to Project Managers/Superiors.
Identifies needs and improvement opportunity
Provides recommendation of innovative solutionsto next level in order to facilitate change or technology advancement
Responsibly manages ABA network operations and connection availability and integrity
Dutifully implement and preserves security standards for both internal and external networks
Supervises site survey and network designs both LAN and wireless networks
Setup and installations of new network devices
Supervising periodic preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security.
Monitoring and analysing network bandwidth usage and trends.
Checks and verifies daily monitoring reports and periodical usage reports.
Administration of wireless network security
Shall be responsible and compliance with ABA IT Divisions security policies; protection of ABA IT Divisions information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction and/or interference thereby ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information; and the reporting of security events, potential incidents and/or other threats.
Monitors and reviews Performance, Availability & Capacity of IT infrastructure.
Maintains devices, systems and services to meet IT SLA defined.
