Job Description

We are Qatar?s leading Manpower service and HR Solution provider, Looking for IT Service Delivery Manager. for one of our Qatar clients.?I am writing to check if you would be interested to pursue this opportunity.?Company? Qatar?s 50+ years old leading holding company.?Location- Doha?*******************************************************************************************************************?Setup a centralised IT Operations and Service centre to optimize IT services and facilitate business needs.This includes but not limited to:

  1. Manage end to end IT Service delivery including IT Operations, Infrastructure, Service desk & support and Security Ops
  2. Responsible for planning, designing & implementing of IT Service Delivery components
  3. A key part of the role of a service delivery manager is to establish and refine delivery processes. The goal of streamlining these processes and procedures is to ensure that each customer gets the same great experience from the initial stage
  4. Establish centralised IT service desk to manage user support, incident and service request management and change management
  5. Manage & coach IT service delivery team providing guidance and career paths as applicable
  6. Ability to assist with digital transformation of the group, by strong knowledge of PAAS, IAAS & SAAS models
  7. Ensure scope of work is clearly defined and agreed with all business stakeholders
  8. Ensure on time and on budget delivery of IT projects as defined in the scope of project
