Nair Systems is currently looking IT Project Coordinator for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.Required skills and qualifications: •Experience with Planview system (preferred) or JIRA•Quality Assurance test experience in the past: Familiar with Test scripts preparation and executing Testing, raising Bugs and reporting to Vendor for fixing•Being able to write procedures, prepare Training materials for a new system•Training experience•High-level knowledge on Demand Management, resource and capacity planning process•Preparing Management regular reports•Strong Excel skills, fluent with basic formulas, being able to build Pivots•Preparing executive summaries, presentations/status reports and management Dashboards•Track project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and deliverables.•Ensure all project-related documents (plans, status reports, and logs.
