Job Responsibilities:•Regularly check and maintain kiosks, servers, and other IT systems.•Monitor and resolve issues related to printers, screens, and other hardware.•Support the network team in maintaining network systems.•Troubleshoot network-related issues and provide timely resolutions.•Troubleshoot and maintain CCTV systems.•Manage and troubleshoot attendance machines and access control systems.•Assist staff with technical issues, including kiosks, POS machines, and vending machines.•Resolve software and hardware issues for users.•Manage and update IT inventory records.•Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for IT projects.Qualifications:1. Educational & Experience Background:•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.•Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.2. Technical Skills:•Strong understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.•Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting.•Familiarity with system practices.•Experience in CCTV network troubleshooting, PC maintenance, attendance machines, and access control systems.
