Provides input and recommendations to the Direct Superior on IT policy development.
Monitors capacity and performance of existing networks and provides actionable recommendations for their development.
Prepares draft budgets required for maintenance of IT and Telecommunications infrastructure and key IT systems.
Based on service requests from the users, diagnoses and resolves any issues related to MAC DDB?s network operations.
Maintains Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure at MAC DDB, in line with the approved IT policy.
Responsible for provision of Wide Area Network (WAN) to MAC DDB?s employees. Ensures that WAN services are running continuously and without disruptions.
Responsible for maintenance of assigned information systems, including configuration of the systems and devices, creating users, performing system/ server updates and execution of any other tasks aimed at provision of continuous and efficient work of the systems.
Controls user access rights to the IT systems and liaises with responsible manager to define the level of user rights required.
Assists in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various systems as assigned.
Supports IT Manager in resolving complex IT service requests and substitutes him in his absence.
Performs any other new duties as assigned by the Direct Superior
