Job Description

IT business systems analystDescription:?IT business systems analyst deal with organizational information problems and works to meet their requirements by analyzing requirements by analyzing requirements designing computer programs, providing suggestion and recommendations, and using protocols that help solve problems and improve the performance of the organization. The job requires the ability to study and understand the system used, collect and analyze information related to production requirements and be constantly informed of the latest developments in the field industry of the institution.?Responsibilities:

  • Identify operational objectives from studying work functions, collecting information, and evaluating production requirements.
  • Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements and building workflows.
  • Study systems capabilities, read graphs and specifications.
  • Make recommendations and work to improve systems by periodically studying practices.
  • Set up controls by identifying issues and identifying development procedures.
  • Identify project requirements by identifying stages, items, and budgets.
  • Monitoring and monitoring work achievements within the project and submitting a periodic report on activities and procedures.
  • Maintain system protocols, and update business procedures.
  • Provide references to users by writing documents and providing support and training.
  • Keep the information and data used confidential.
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
