Responsible for all shareholder related matters.
Develop and maintain investor confidence in the company?s vision and strategy.
Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework in line with the requirements of QSE and best practice above the QSE requirement.
Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team.
Launch and update a dedicated section on the company website to be strictly segregated to the benefits of the investors.
Initiate and chairperson of quarterly conference calls to the investors and analysts.
Submit reports on a yearly basis to QSE providing details about the company?s compliance to the Criteria set by QSE.
Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.
Liaise with Legal, Finance and Compliance on regulatory matters.
