We are looking to hire an experienced Investment Manager to lead our investment team, reporting directly into the MD / Vice Chairman.The successful candidate will hold a relative Degree in Hospitality Management or Real Estate and possess a minimum of 15 years Hospitality and Real Estate Management experience. as an Investment Manager/Director/CIO, with both technical and management proficiency in operations of a real estate development organization.Investment Manager should have strong understanding of Hospitality procedures and best practices specifically to the Hospitality market.Knowledge of real estate development and finance models in GCC, European and UK.BA or MBA in Finance or Administration required.
