1.Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding an maximizes stock system and paperwork accuracy,2.Manage and maintain the company?s material and stocked product inventory, including stock profiles and stock locations3.Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting/inventory accuracy check.4.Identify inventory shortages and risks and report to immediate superior for action.5.Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete/redundant parts to maximize availability of working capital.6.Ensure incoming products is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.7.Monitor & evaluate material utilization and scrap, make sure that scrapped product is disposed in a timely manner.8.Coordinate inventory cycle count and year-end inventory. Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.9.Ensure description of old and new parts are up to date in system/SAP10.Produce weekly replenishment reports for all stock and suggest recommended orders to immediate superior.11.Plans and coordinates inventory requirements for products demands based on sales forecasting, customers? special orders, in-house use and etc. 12.Work closely with Accounts payable to ensure that all receiving documents and invoices are accurately matched for processing.
