Familiarize yourself with the company values and model desired behaviors. Perform tasks as directed by the Manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals. Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards, understanding, and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene, and Fire Life Safety. Some of your daily duties also include; ? Set up food stations by following manager/supervisor order? Ensure that best food practices and kitchen hygiene protocols are adhered to? Greeting guests with a smile and using the guests name when known? Prepare and set the restaurant before the meal period? Serve the food and beverage to the guest at the right temperature as well as introduce the food? Making sure the sideboard of each section is clean, refilling all the necessary supplies (e.g. teacups, cutlery, etc.)? Take orders and answer the guest inquiries whenever possible? Fold napkins, making sure the cutlery is clean as to be set on the table? Encourage customers to fill in the customer service survey through QR code? Offer the drinks menu and wine menu with certain suggestions and recommendations ? Perform closing duties in the correct procedure? Follow up on the guest?s order to ensure the fine dining experience? Assist other colleagues when needed to assure smooth operation? Learn and employ the basics of food aesthetics in sync with the restaurant?s set instructions Maintain and follow Hotel?s health and safety and HACCP policy.We are currently in need of passionate and dynamic interns who are open to development opportunities and exploration of the hospitality industry from a practical perspective. We are looking for a high school graduate or equivalent education with some work experience. English language proficiency is required. Enthusiastic, courteous & helpful to colleagues & customers. We offer a 6-months internship program that is comprehensive and specifically tailored to the development needs of the trainees.
