Job Description

Interior Planners are the first point of contact with the customer. They are responsible for the planning of kitchens and wardrobes of the customer.Planning & Sales

  • Understands the customer need, the dimensions of the living space and then plan the best solution possible.
  • Ensure that the customer gets the measurement appointment within 24 hours of enquiry.
  • Responsible for booking the measurement appointment at the customers residence.
  • Following up with a planning meeting.
  • Suggests the right accessories, appliances and close the sale.
  • Work closely with the fitters to minimise errors in planning and thereby reduce the overall costs of the kitchen.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets.
Customer Service
  • Understand the customer needs and provide a ?solution based sales?.
  • Always keep the customer first and work with fitters, product executive to provide seamless service
  • Should provide constant feedback on the performance of products ( internal and external) to the Product / Master Data executive.
Education: High School or certificate course from technical institutesMinimum Experience and Knowledge: 2+ years as Interior designers / Kitchen planners preferably in Home retail.Behavioural Competencies: Positive personality, team player, problem solver
