Achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with AAM plans.
Managing, directing and monitoring vehicles insurance activities.
Working with Vehicle Sales in establishing the vehicle insurance schemes across all sales channels.
Working with insurance companies to structure vehicles insurance schemes for AAM sales channels.
Maintaining regular communication and meetings with insurance company.
Monitoring the performance of the vehicle insurance schemes across all channels.
Reviewing monthly statement received from insurance companies and coordinating with finance department to release the payment.
Working closely with Vehicle Registration team on the accuracy of the insurance policies issued
Daily review and verification of all vehicle policies issued. Preparing the required reports that are related to the Depts.
