  • Internal controls over financial Reporting (ICoFR) using COSO 2013 to comply with the requirements of QFMA Code of Corporate Governance for Vodafone Qatar and its subsidiaries (the Group)
  • Working closely with Finance, IT, ERP & HR process owners to perform scoping, risk assessment, develop and implement controls framework.
  • Owning and updating documentation of controls both at Entity Level as well as Process level
  • Leading and managing management testing of design & operating effectiveness of controls
  • Coordinating with External auditors for smooth review of ICoFR and ensure a clean audit report
  • Annual COSO road map, its execution, as well as all process improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting the management in tracking and monitoring of all internal and external audit action for timely closure
