Job Description

Position: HVAC Sales & Service Engineer- MaintenanceDomain: HVAC, Indoor Air Quality & DuctingMajor Responsibilities:

  • HVAC Equipment (Commercial & Light Commercial Units)?O&M Supervision
  • HVAC Retrofit jobs designs & Executions
  • Ducting Piping Works Installation Supervision as per Applicable Standard (AHSRAE, SMACNA, QCS)
  • HVAC Drawings Preparations & Interpretation
  • Coordination with client?s, Facility Management Companies
  • Monitor all resources and ensure optimal utilization for same and achieve all customer objectives and provide support to all equipment and perform calculations and implement various plans for HVAC.
  • Evaluate all approval systems for new and revised maintenance jobs and monitor all work instructions and maintain all deliverables for projects to maintain optimal qualities within required timeframe and coordinate with stakeholders to analyze all project requirements.
  • Perform audit on all HVAC system and collect data and perform periodic evaluation and monitor all log books and manage all change processes and resolve all issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to perform regular audit and ensure compliance to all corporate regulations and assist to design an efficient HVAC system and adhere to all architectural requirements.
  • Analyze all load programs and perform required calculations on same and manage all electrical requirements for HVAC equipment and recommend improvements.
  • To review draft tender and project documents to assist in the preparation of technical and commercial bids for HVAC related Tenders
  • To interpret & review system drawings to identify any difference to tender requirements and raise queries against specification
  • To review and generate Bill of Quantity against system drawings to ensure alignment and to identify materials types & quantities and prepare equipment lists and rough drawings for cost estimation

  • To prepare specification documents to submit to vendors for quotations of cost/price of materials and equipment and evaluate same against tender specifications to include in final tender documentation
  • To build relationships and liaise with internal customers and external suppliers and vendors and manage daily correspondence for quantities, costs and specifications.
