Job Description

Support FM dept. in managing HVAC related complaints from offices and properties. Analyze the complaints, comprehend them after 360-degree evaluation, recommend solutions and implement them such that the issue is sorted permanently. The resource should support FM Operations Manager in managing aspects of fit-out projects for the group company.

  • Handle all cooling or ventilation related complaints from office or properties.
  • Support the FM dept. on any major HVAC related issues in other buildings within the group.
  • Extend services on wider aspects within FM dept when asked for.
  • Guide and work with in-house technicians as needed.
  • Liaise with HVAC and contractors as needed.
  • Assess cooling related issues in depth and ensure a solution is determined in the shortest possible time.
  • Work with FM Operations Manager on strategic plans around assets installation, replacement etc.
  • Ensure precision cooling expectation of the Chairman is met wherever possible.
  • Establish a good rapport with the Chairman?s Office Manager and liaise requests on a timely manner.
  • Support projects dept. on HVAC and side of new projects
  • Provide input to new HVAC designs and modifications in existing spaces.
  • Review HVAC and other design drawings from contractors or consultants.
  • Monitor supply and installation of HVAC systems and sign off work completion.
  • Liaise with consultants during project supervision.
  • Takeover newly fitted space or constructed buildings alongside Facility Managers.
  • Project manage, supervise, and coordinate the work of contractors of SHM.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
