-Managing Admin role of training and competency of candidates.
Training delivery of multiple Safety modules to a mass of 200 people at a time for several days.
Track training status of candidates (Contractor + Staff) and ensuring training completion.
Communicate with Training focal point to get the data and mark on passports.
Manage the Safety Center booth progress and monitoring quality.
Compile data of training completion for site access & Passport & Sticker issuance.
Site safety walks and unsafe act / conditions reporting during PROJECT execution window.
Rotation shifts of work (Night shift / Day shift).
Coordinating delivery of Stand down message to mass of PROJECT workers in Toolbox Talks.
Analyze unsafe entries from Dashboard and reporting.
Support onboarding of contractor and staff.
