The primary purpose of this job is to ensure that QHSSE standards on assigned offshore vessels are monitored, maintained and improved.? This will also include training, mentoring and assisting the vessel?s management and crew in meeting company and industry standards, as well as regulatory and customer requirements.? The incumbent will carry out internal audits, arrange external audits, carryout crew appraisals, and shall ensure continuous improvement in vessel condition and compliance.? He / She will contribute in developing management systems, strengthening the Safety Culture and improving crew competencies.?10 years offshore experience, working on PSV, DSV and AHTV. Working knowledge of SOLAS, STCW, MARPOL, PSC and Flag/Class states.
