Responsible and accountable to provide technical services in the areas of Health and Safety during definition, detailed design, and execution stages to ensure contractor(s) compliance with established HSE policies, guidelines, procedures, standards, and regulations.
Support and maintain strong safety culture in line with the vision, strategy, and values.
Identify and implement risk reduction measures based on hazard identification and risk assessment studies in all areas and phases of construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning. Work closely with the risk assessment specialist and other parties.
Participate in checking and reviewing method statements, JSA?s, safety certifications, and other related documents submitted by contractors/project consultants. Report any non[1]compliance, lapses or issues to the immediate Supervisor.
Monitors site HSE programs and safe work practices, and review and evaluate data/ information/ systems as required. Carry out duties and responsibilities for all areas of work covered in HSE aspects of EPIC Projects
