??˙Inspect and assess hazardous and unsafe conditions. Report the same to Supervisors / HSE Head?˙Identify and develop relevant internal training programs, tool box meetings and conduct trainings regularly.?˙Support with records of safety-related accidents / incidents.?˙Recommend appropriate protective equipment that workers should wear while carrying out specific tasks?˙Close supervision of work activity and frequent site inspections and preparation of HSE reports.?˙Stop the continuation of processes that are deemed harmful to the health of workers?˙Review existing safety policies and update them where necessary?˙Support in the preparation of risk assessments, HSE plan, incident reports, HSE audit reports, inspection checklists and other HSE related documents.?˙Work independently in coordination with HSE Head and ensure all safety precautions are in place.?˙Conduct awareness trainings for Supervisors and frequent emergency drills on regular basis.?˙Assist with internal and external HSE audits.˙
