???Inspect and assess hazardous and unsafe conditions. Report the same to Supervisors / HSE Head??Identify and develop relevant internal training programs, tool box meetings and conduct trainings regularly.??Support with records of safety-related accidents / incidents.??Recommend appropriate protective equipment that workers should wear while carrying out specific tasks??Close supervision of work activity and frequent site inspections and preparation of HSE reports.??Stop the continuation of processes that are deemed harmful to the health of workers??Review existing safety policies and update them where necessary??Support in the preparation of risk assessments, HSE plan, incident reports, HSE audit reports, inspection checklists and other HSE related documents.??Work independently in coordination with HSE Head and ensure all safety precautions are in place.??Conduct awareness trainings for Supervisors and frequent emergency drills on regular basis.??Assist with internal and external HSE audits.?
