HSE Manager (Offshore Works)Job Location : Doha, QatarResponsibilities:?Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to offshore operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.?Conduct regular offshore site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standards.?Manage incident investigations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.?Provide HSE leadership and guidance to offshore teams, ensuring that all personnel are aware of and comply with safety protocols.?Coordinate emergency response drills and safety training programs for offshore personnel to maintain high safety awareness.?Ensure that all offshore operations have the necessary permits, certifications, and approvals in line with local and international regulations.?Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, including near-misses, incidents, and safety observations, to drive continuous improvement.Requirements :?Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management, with at least 5 years in offshore oil and gas operations.?Extensive knowledge of offshore safety regulations, including international standards (e.g., OHSAS, ISO 45001) and local regulatory requirements for offshore works.
