1.??????HSE Risk management at Company premises.

Plan and Conduct monthly HSE Inspections for Super-Critical, Critical, Admin Buildings, Customer Care etc. Currently there are approximately 55 Sites, which fall in the (Approx. 55 sites).
Conduct random inspections at other locations (Approx. 15 per month)
Report and Assign HSE findings to concerned teams through Spider tool, and follow-up for prompt closure of findings
Support in monitoring and tracking of Fire Safety Enhancement
Project, for controlling fire risk in particular.
Adopt best practice to promote a positive health, safety and environmental culture with the aim of ?zero? harm to people, property and environment.
Monitor Company Contractor/ Permit to Work system (PTW)?
Prompt review of Contractor documents including Method Statement, Risk Assessment, HSE Plan etc., issuance and tracking of PTWs as per the locked KPIs (A Contractors Handbook Enclosed)
On Average 1800 different kinds of work permits issued in 2018 (Referred to the contractor handbook for the categories of the work permits)
Conduct HSE Induction trainings for Contractors in English or Hindi, on average induction conducted for 2100 Contractor?s employees in 2018.
Random visits to Company sites where contractors are performing jobs to measure their compliance to HSE implementation.

2.??????HSE Incident Rate Management?

Conduct prompt Incident investigations; assign actions and follow-up for closure.
Effective monitoring for maintaining the Incident rate.?
Maintain updated Incident investigation report, for every reported incident.
Respond to reported emergencies.

3.??????HSE Management system?

Participate in review and execution of HIRA/EAIA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment/ Environmental Aspect Identification and Impact Assessment)
Maintain updated list of ERP teams, First Aiders, Fire Marshals, HSE committee and PWDs, and identify their training needs.
Support in Implementation of HSE management system and participation in management system audits.
Ensure availability of required HSE documents, Information, and signage at sites.
?Maintain updated trackers for PTW (Permit to Work), Incident rate, Trainings, and action points against drills, committee meetings, Incidents.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure closure of all safety committee / fire drills findings??
