Responsible Focal Point for the HSSE Event Management and Reporting in SpheraCloud, and will need to have amazing IT skills to be use.
Incident documentation and follow-up of action close-out in SpheraCloud Reporting Tool
Provide onboarding support and ongoing guidance to event owners, and area focal points on incident reporting and action close-out process and any issues that might arise
Check status of data continuously and correct when necessary and/or follow-up with action owners, event owners, etc. for correction
Follow-up missing info on SpheraCloud such as investigation reports, etc. and complete them if missing
Carry out onboarding Training for refreshers and new joiners on the tool
Update access and notification protocols for SpheraCloud as necessary to maintain stakeholder access to incident data and reporting
Generate Assurance Reports on quality of event entries, status of actions, and any gap closure opportunities and work actively with the business to close any gaps
