Experience in managing multiple tasks throughout the day while maintaining a high level of accuracy in their work/tasks. The specialist needs to create an employee in the new ERP, manage transactions, modifications of HR records. The incumbent will offer support to the line manager to guarantee the veracity of data entry. This role ensures that all stakeholders are kept informed, that the various and different Core HR and related processes are administered appropriately; that assigned projects are delivered within scope, schedule, quality, and accuracy levels are consistent with expectations.?- Consistently, accurately process, maintain, and updates employee transactions/records in the Core HR module in Oracle for 1000+ employees.- Prepares HR related reports with an optimum level of accuracy and publish reports with stakeholders as per agreed TAT.- Prepares necessary audit requirements (Quarterly, Semi-Annually and Annually)- Research, analyze, and resolve all discrepancies, reporting to management as needed.- Maintains Core HR operations by following policies and procedures; reporting to the manager about the needed changes.- Collaborate with Vodafone IT and Oracle support teams to ensure all issues/enhancements, new developments are done promptly with optimum quality.
