HR GeneralistJob Location : Qatar:?Align the performance appraisal system with company objectives and dashboards.?Collaborate with company managers to Design job KPIs and targeted performance levels.?Oversee the implementation of key performance measures and core competencies into the performance appraisal system.?Identify poor performers and work closely with their direct supervisor to identify development plans.?Advise department heads on better methods to improve departmental results based on systematic root cause analysis.?Conduct performance management training to explain and apply the new system.?Prepare comprehensive people performance reports and analysis.?5-7 years of proven experience in Performance Improvement & Analysis.
