Job Description

The HR Generalist will ensure that HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed and that the organization is compliant with labor laws and regulations. The HR Generalist will also be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development.Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, reference checks and job offers.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding activities.
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs,
  • Ensure compliance with HR-related regulations and laws, including employment and labor laws, discrimination laws, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Address employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving employee disputes.
  • Manage the performance management process, including performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on HR-related topics, such as harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.
  • Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
