Job descriptionCharterhouse is working with a multinational corporation who is looking to hire a HR Director to head up the GCC Team, reporting directly to two CEOs. In order to be considered you must already be based in Qatar.About the roleAs the Human Resources Director you will be responsible for managing the HR Team with an emphasis on programs and development for all levels of employees. With travel to Oman and the UAE monthly, you must be flexible and willing to travel.About youThe successful candidate should hold a minimum 15 20 years experience in a similar senior HR position. This role requires someone who is fluent in English, and Arabic and/or French is advantageous. You must portray strong values, be ethical and have solid experience in talent management, training and employee development. Strong knowledge of HR practices is essential.
