Job Description

Job Title: MOM HR Business Partner (Marine & Offshore)Type: Permanent HireBenefits - (Kids education, medical insurance, air ticket for self and family, onboarding allowance, annual bonus, etc)Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent (full time)
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of HR experience or 10 years of managerial business experience with exposure to multiple aspects of HR
  • Ideally 5 years in a HR BP or senior human capital management role
  • Marine, Oil & Gas or Offshore EPIC industry experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, e.g. talent management, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, employment laws
