We are looking for a dynamic and dependable HR & Administration Officer to join our team in Qatar. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can effectively manage office operations, support HR functions, and represent the company in dealings with government authorities and private sector organizations.Key Responsibilities:? Manage daily HR and administrative operations.? Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.? Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.? Coordinate and process company-related transactions with government entities and external service providers.? Liaise with ministries, banks, municipalities, utility providers, and other public and private organizations.? Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.? Provide administrative support to management and assist in office operations.Requirements:? Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.? Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Qatar.? Strong knowledge of HR practices, administration, and government procedures in Qatar.? Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) ? Mandatory.? Ability to communicate professionally with government authorities, clients, and stakeholders.? Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.?
