  • Interact courteously and professionally with guests when providing turndown service, responding to requests, or addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and linens to ensure efficient room turnovers.
  • Check for any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or malfunctioning equipment, and report them for repair.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all housekeeping areas, including storage rooms and linen closets.
