Managing the development of the buildings and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day household operations in an efficient and effective manner.
Running errands and any other online ad-hoc purchases and household related duties.
Overseeing all security procedures for the properties including CCTV, alarms, main key holder.
Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and ensuring all maintenance is carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
The first point of contact for Family members and liaison with suppliers and contractors.
Managing existing household staff (mainly Housekeepers) with tact and diplomacy.� Recruiting new staff when necessary.
Handling a budget for household bills, and other numerous administrative duties. Reporting to the family office accountants based overseas.
Some driving duties may be required occasionally.
