Job Description

  • Managing the development of the buildings and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day household operations in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Running errands and any other online ad-hoc purchases and household related duties.
  • Overseeing all security procedures for the properties including CCTV, alarms, main key holder.
  • Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and ensuring all maintenance is carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • The first point of contact for Family members and liaison with suppliers and contractors.
  • Managing existing household staff (mainly Housekeepers) with tact and diplomacy.ÿ Recruiting new staff when necessary.
  • Handling a budget for household bills, and other numerous administrative duties. Reporting to the family office accountants based overseas.
  • Some driving duties may be required occasionally.
