Role DescriptionThis full-time on-site role, located in Doha, Qatar, requires a dedicated Hotel Nurse to monitor, assess, and maintain the wellbeing of guests and team members. The Hotel Nurse must provide nursing care for minor injuries and illnesses, and advice and recommendations to guests and team members. The Hotel Nurse also implements and maintains health and safety protocols, and liaises with medical professionals on behalf of guests or team members that require medical attention. The Hotel Nurse must monitor and update condition report for sick team members. Prepare pre-medical documentation and ensure the appointment for residency and health medical certification is booked accordingly. Actively involved in TakeCare program and promote healthy lifestyle through health teaching.Perform any admin related tasks required to ensure a smooth flow of work. Ensure that any work related accident is reported within 24-48 hours to Workmen Compensation with all required documents as well as Security Incident report and/or police report to the Insurance Company. Discuss work topics discreetly and quietly; speak with others using clear and professional language. Ensure that stock levels of the first aid equipment are always maintained as well as the medical items at the hotel clinic. Ensure to restock the first aid boxes in the restaurants and accommodation when required. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Ensure that Clinic is open regularly and kept in good order. Manage sick leave policy in accordance tointernal company policy. Perform other reasonable job duties. Qualifications
