Job Description

  • Provides administrative support to all Hospitality Coordinators.
  • Records and maintains all documents of a project for easy review and retrieval.
  • Acts as Minute taker in all project undertaking meetings.
  • Supports Hospitality Coordinators by following up suppliers or contractors for arrangements and delivery of goods.
  • Conducts service and food hygiene audit to outlets assigned to him/her and makes recommendation for improvement..
  • Communicates with peers and provide relevant information to the Director of Operations.
  • Representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.
  • Gathering information, Analyzes it and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
