Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Staff in carrying out routine tasks.
  • Spread newsletter on a daily basis.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organized table and work area of each area on a regular basis.
  • Guides and escorts visitors/customers on the shop floor to and from respective staff.
  • Offer appropriate seating arrangements to external parties.
  • Arrange for any item/products or goods to and from vehicles.
  • Assist in deliver of the goods and services.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
