Operate company vehicle for various tasks around Qatar in a safe and timely manner.
Shall be a professional representation of the company through responsible driving and appearance.
Shall be responsible for the delivery and transport of company materials in compliance of compound operations such as goods, furniture etc. in coordination with the Reception and the department manager.
Shall be responsible in the delivery of sensitive correspondences between site locations, Bank transactions, Water & Electricity etc.
Shall be responsible for the transport of company employees between offices, accommodations and government/medical locations as required.
Shall be responsible for the monitoring and proper vehicle maintenance (oil change, tyre care, engine care, internal and external appearance and cleanliness).
Shall report all maintenance repairs, accidents and incidents involving transport operations or company equipment.
Assist in office work (photocopying, internal distribution, scanning of documents etc.).
Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, and comply with all federal and local regulations for the safe operations of a commercial motor vehicle.
