Job Description

• ?Conceptualizing, developing and implementing the operational strategies and tactics regarding labour, departmental growth, revenue growth, expense control, budgets, contract negotiations, and other operational activities.
• Setting subsidiary objectives by launching new plans, budgets, and results assessment; allocating optimal resources; reviewing the success rate and making mid-course corrections.
• Build excellent Client rapport to ensure continuous business and revenue generation.
• Working closely along with executive management to ensure overall business success.
• Building company image by collaborating with Clients, Government, Community Organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
• Increase managements effectiveness by recruiting, orienting, training, coaching, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Design, implement and evaluate the housekeeping training matrix for different projects/ locations.
• Should have well versed experience on Pre-opening & post operations procedures. Coordinating with the corporate department for smooth functioning of the new/existing contracts.
• Designing a divisional structure and workflow & performance metrics for all the staffs; ensuring their focused alignment with Company?s Vision, Mission and Values.
• Perform regular reviews of contract performance against budget and develop the strategic growth plan with agreed operational budgets with the executive management.
• Manage day to day operations in accordance with company policies and standards to maximize profitability.
• Keen to have an in-depth understanding and keep abreast of the new laws and regulations of the Healthcare Industry.
• Ensuring manpower and resourcing at the maximum proficiency and maintaining excellent employee relations.
• Implementation and overseeing of COSHH, and BICS principals.
• Assuring compliance with statutory and HSEQ standards.
• Monitoring and controlling the staffs to ensure the service level standard is maintained as per the policy and satisfaction of the client.
• Assessing and identifying internal training needs to foreseeing the future needs and tackling the same.
• Monitoring, assessing and evaluating performance of all staffs and conveying recommendations or guidance whenever required.
• Implementing Manpower plan, time management, material management initiatives leading to optimum utilization of resources.
• Sole responsibility for developing a departmental specific plan to help and promote high quality and consistent service levels.
• Participate in Cross Functional Team meetings and Seminars. Representing the division at all relevant levels.
• Liaising with Ministry of Public Health and strongly implementing the Standards set forth by MoPH.
• Foreseeing inspections/audits from external or internal stakeholders and initiating measured plans.
• Coordinating with corporate departments such as Human Resources, Finance, and Procurement in acquiring necessary resources (people, processes, equipment and methods) for requirements at operations/sites.
• Directing Hospital Facility Management services / Infection Control / Medical Waste Management.
