Head of Use Cases Solutions and Delivery ManagerLocation: QatarRole: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Head of Use Cases Solutions and Delivery Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative use case solutions across multiple domains. This role will involve managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions align with the company?s strategic goals and customer needs. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end solution development process, ensuring successful delivery of high-impact use cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify business needs, develop tailored solutions, and define project scopes.
  • Oversee solution design, implementation, and integration across platforms, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of project managers, solution architects, and technical staff, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Ensure delivery timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met, implementing risk mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align use case solutions with market demand and strategic priorities.
  • Provide insights on emerging trends and technologies to continuously improve the delivery process and solution offerings.
