Key Accountabilities:? Overall Leadership strategy in organizational requirements to provide Technical authority support assurance for delivery of and Quality Management System (QMS), to ensure a robust quality management approach throughout all phases of design, procurement, construction and installation activities.? Coordinates the implementation of quality systems and procedures and maintains a close working relationship with the EPC Contractor quality team.? Responsible for establishing and ensuring that a structured system has been implemented by the EPC contractor in all phases of the project to ensure design intent and quality attainment has been met. Coordinating and planning Technical Quality activities, monitoring and reporting overall technical quality performance to Project Management Team (PMT) and Compression Division Quality Manager? Coordinates the implementation of quality systems and procedures and maintains a close working relationship with the EPC Contractor quality team. Develop and implement a Procurement Surveillance Plan for all procured equipment and materials
