Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee engineering execution for Utilities & Infrastructure packages, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, and quality targets.Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities with EPC Contractors and Project Management Teams.Monitor project performance using KPIs, identify risks, and drive timely corrective actions.Manage engineering interfaces across multidisciplinary teams and key project stakeholders.Lead engineering reviews, design changes, risk assessments, and decision-making processes.Monitor EPC Contractor performance, vendor activities, and factory/site inspections.Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and HSE requirements.Prepare and present engineering progress reports to support project execution.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's Degree in Engineering.Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, including 6 years in the Oil & Gas/LNG industry and 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.Proven experience managing detailed engineering for major EPC or LNG projects.Strong background in multidisciplinary engineering, risk management, and engineering execution.Experience working with major EPC Contractors in a Lump Sum environment.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Field engineering experience is an advantage.
