? Ensure all operational functions are carried on in an appropriate, timely planned and cost-efficient manner.? Develop the business in food service and retail channels.? Build and consolidate demand requirements based on contractual agreements with key clients and projected sales.? Ensure availability of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging material.? Develop with production team short and long-term production plans showing capacity utilization and idleness.? Direct production activities and establish production priorities based on demand.? Ensure working with high level of accuracy to avoid over stocking or having shortages in supply.? Closely monitor stock levels of raw material and packaging, accordingly, act and manage procurement needs for replenishment.? Lead the dispatch of finished goods with logistics staff and continuously monitor finished goods inventory to avoid out of stocks or shelf-life lost freshness or expiration issues.? Identify and lead process improvement initiatives related to execution to assure increased efficiencies and high yield.? Continuously review and assures products conformity with product specifications.? Track, report, and communicate KPIs. Demonstrate continuous improvement and follow-up on action plans.? Continuously conduct staff training and guiding initiatives to ensure maintaining compliance with corporate, regulatory, health safety, quality, and other requirements.? Foster and develop a strong, well trained, and disciplined team
