Job Description

As QFZA continues to grow, we have an increasing requirement to build and maintain our Free Zones. The Head of Master Planning manages a multi-disciplinary team including engineers, architects, consultants, and any other specialist input required. Interface with end-users and project teams, to develop fit for purpose design solutions and/ or scopes of services / scopes of works, to fit client?s requirements, while ensuring that guidelines and design policies are implemented consistently. Manage various project teams to support the delivery of specific projects and tasks as included in the project pipeline.

  • Provide management to QFZA in areas of Land Allocation, master planning, design projects, and project outlook as well as implementation of strategic planning and improvements to the Master Plan
  • Guardian and custodian of the master plans and land allocation process and provide weekly updates thereafter.
  • Provide Business Development with up-to-date information and land proposals for approved Investors.
  • Development of Scopes of Services (SoS)
  • Keep abreast of current technology, international master planning and urban design best practices as well as construction practices.
  • Implement all QFZA policies, especially those related to Qatarization.
