Job Description

Job SpecificationIdentify, develop, coordinate, expedite and stewardclosure of NFXP EPC-3 and EPC-4 Contract Interfaces specifically related CommonCorridors owned by RLIC.Provides overall guidance and leadershipwith respect to the Commercial and Physical interfaces applicable to NFXP EPC-3and EPC-4 Contracts in close coordination with the Interface Division Manager EPC-1and Area Division Manager(s).Ensures activities (including approvals) andinterfaces with RLIC are undertaken in accordance with Project and EPC-3 &EPC-4 Contractors needs in general, and compatible with Project schedule andcost objectives to avoid delays, change orders and claims.Lead all External Project Interfaces with RLIC,to secure alignment and expedite approvals of Corridor Plans and drawings asrequired to meet Project objectives. Key Job Accountabilities

  • Manage all technical Interfaces with RLIC, ensurecomprehensive, multi-functional review of all requests and meets Projectobjectives, requirements, budget, and schedule.
  • Assess information on overall InterfaceAgreements (IA) process performance and implement improvements ensuring thatthe process is fit for purpose, accepted by the EPC-3 & EPC-4 Contractors, isappropriate, well established and maintained. Manage guidelines and proceduresnecessary to support and control the Interface Agreement (IA) process within NFXPOnshore Project organisation.
  • Plan and organize the interface works andactivities based on identified interfaces and priorities.
  • Provides clear, accurate, timely, andconsistent two-way communication with other organizations (internal &external) with respect to the exchange and alignment of interfaces relatedinformation and documentation.
  • Coordinates inputs from EPC-3 & EPC-4 Contractors,engineering and construction teams to receive timely approvals of technicalwork packs submitted to RLIC.
  • Provide leadership and accountability forthe NFXP Onshore Projects EPC- interfaces with RLIC.
  • Responsible for ensuring timely evaluation,co-ordination, expediting and approval of technical work packs by RLIC as perthe provisions of the Section 4 of the Exhibit 5.
  • Promote clear, accurate, timely, andconsistent communication with internal organizations with respect totransferring interface information and documentation.
  • Implements and maintains the EPC-3 &EPC-4 Contract PMCS Interface Management Module to coordinate EPC-3 & EPC-4Contractor interfaces related works and activities.
  • Review, coordinate comments to supportapproval of the EPC-3 & EPC-4 Interface Management Plan, in accordance withthe Section 4 of the Exhibit 5.
  • Support organising of Interface Management Workshopswith RLIC, as required to achieve mutual understanding of all parties involvedand meet Project objectives.
  • Attend Interface Weekly and Monthly meetings;attend to the Project Monthly Meeting with EPC Contractors. Ensure minutes ofmeetings are issued and steward close out of action including update of theInterfaces Registers and Databases.
  • Timely Identify and report area of concernsor unresolved interfaces issues to the Interface Division Manager EPC-1, AreaDivision Manager(s), Project Manager(s).
  • Responsible for generating weekly andmonthly Interface reports. Provides input to weekly management reports.
 Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or higherdiploma with proven project management and execution experience specificallyextensive knowledge of procedures, rules & regulation of RLIC for CommonCorridors.
  • Minimum of fifteen (10) years of experiencein the oil and gas industry preferably in LNG industry with a minimum of 5years in a management position.
  • Proven experience as Discipline Engineer,Project Engineer, Interface Engineer and Interface Head.
  • Previous experience on similar projects withextensive interaction with RLIC and / or similar Industrial Cities. Hasextensive knowledge of procedures, rules & regulation of Industrial Cities.
  • Familiar with Permit to Work requirements ofIndustrial Cities.
  • Experience with government agencies,international oil companies as representatives in joint facility / jointventure and commercial / legal personnel, as Company or EPC Contractor.
