Job Description

Job SpecificationIdentify, develop, coordinate, expedite and stewardclosure of EPC Contract Interfaces with other External parties.Provides overallguidance and leadership with respect to the Commercial and Physical interfaces applicable to NFS EPC Contract in close coordination with the Project & InterfaceManager.Interfaces withdifferent contracting parties, owners, customers, government bodies andexisting facilities.Propose and recommendappropriate solution as necessary to maintain compliance with local authorityrequirements.Ensure criticalinterfaces are identified and acknowledged by all stake holders.Lead all NFS Onshore Project ExternalInterfaces with other External stakeholders, such asbut not limited to secure alignment and expedite approvals as required to meet Projectobjectives.Work within groups (Operations, Terminals andRefining groups, Engineering and Projects, Commercial, Execution Planning andServices (EP&S), Sub-surface, etc.) to facilitate and coordinate NFS EPCContractInterface related activities.Represent theinterests of the EPC Contract by attending to all important meetings, includingensuring comprehensive and fully documented actions list and minutes of meetingare prepared and signed by the Parties involved.Serve as the singlepoint of contact regarding interface management plans, processes, agreements,and progress updates.Key Job Accountabilities

• Manage all External Interfaces between. ensurecomprehensive, multi-functional review of all requests and meets Projectobjectives, requirements, budget, and schedule.
• Assess information on overall InterfaceAgreements (IA) process performance and implement improvements ensuring thatthe process is fit for purpose, accepted by the EPC Contractor, is appropriate,well established and maintained. Manage guidelines and procedures necessary tosupport and control the Interface Agreement (IA) process within NFS Onshore Projectorganisation.
• Plan and organize the interface works andactivities based on identified interfaces and priorities.
• Ensures that company policies, procedures andcontrols are adhered at all times.
• Provides clear, accurate, timely, and consistenttwo-way communication with other organizations (internal & external) withrespect to the exchange and alignment of interfaces related information anddocumentation.
• Provide leadership and accountability for the NFSOnshore Projects EPC interface with External parties.
• Responsible for ensuring timely evaluation,co-ordination, expediting and approval of Interface Queries (IQ) and Agreements(IA) as per the provisions of the Section 4 of the Exhibit 5.
• Promote clear, accurate, timely, and consistentcommunication with internal organizations with respect to transferringinterface information and documentation.
• Implements and maintains the EPC Contractinterfaces related works and activities.
• Review, coordinate comments to support approvalof the EPC Interface Management Plan, in accordance with the Section 4 of theExhibit 5.
• Support organising of Interface Management Workshopswith the Project & External stakeholders, as required to achieve mutualunderstanding of all parties involved and meet Project objectives.
• Attend Interface Weekly and Monthly meetings;attend to the Project Monthly Meeting with EPC Contractor. Ensure minutes ofmeetings are issued and steward close out of action including update of theInterfaces Registers and Databases.
• Timely Identify and report area of concerns orunresolved interfaces issues to the Project & Interface Manager NFS EPC.,
• Responsible for generating weekly and monthlyInterface reports. Provides input to weekly management reports.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering with proven projectmanagement and execution experience including brownfield execution.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience inthe oil and gas industry preferably in LNG industry with a minimum of 5 years ina management position.
• Proven experience as Discipline Engineer,Project Engineer, Interface Engineer and Interface Head.
• Experienced in developing and leading effectiveproject interface organizations.
• Previous work experience with Operations and /or QE is an advantage.
• Previous work experience in Ras LaffanIndustrial City (RLIC) is an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written English skills. Ableto write Technical reports in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Valid Qatari Driving License (or eligible toapply)
