Overseas talent acquisition and employee relations?Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the organizations overall business objectives and drive sustainable growth.?Oversee the recruitment process ensuring the attraction of top talents?Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently compliant with labor laws and regulations, staying informed about legislative changes and providing guidance to the organization,?Establish and track HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.Ideal Capabilities & Skills:?Develop, Implement, and oversee performance evaluation, feedback, coaching, goal-setting, and improvement initiatives to foster a performance-driven culture aligned with the organizations strategic goals, ensuring fairness and compliance with relevant regulations?Oversee compensation and benefits programs, striking a balance between competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.?Support change management initiatives, and facilitate smooth transition during organizational changes and periods of growth?Address employee conflicts and disputes through mediation and the facilitation of constructive solutions.?Enforce disciplinary procedures in accordance with the policies and legal requirements. Ensure fair and consistent handling of disciplinary matters.?Develop and oversee training programs & budget to enhance employees skills and contribute to their professional growth?Support with the implementation of HR system and record keeping and ensure follow-up where necessary?Perform other related tasks from time to time as assigned by CEOBusiness Capabilities:?A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources.?Proven experience in HR leadership positions, including policies and procedures development, performance management, and budget management.?In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices?Knowledge of HR systems and databasesInterpersonal Skills:?Exceptional leadership skills.?Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and candidates selecting that align with the organizations 3 needs and culture. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.?People-oriented and results-driven?Effective negotiation skills?Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English and Arabic
