Job Description

This role is based 100% on site in Qatar.Our client is searching for a Head of Financial Control/ CFO to take charge of the Finance, Accounting & Reporting division. Supervising various functions, outputs & procedures including preparation of financial statements. Utilizing accounting principles to assess historical and current financial operations and forecast future revenues, creating budgets. Closely monitoring departmental expenses in relation to budget allocations. Managing the companies capital & cash flow.The ideal candidate profile would have experience with the below:

  • Possess hands on experience in conceptualising & executing financial accounting systems and internal control frameworks.
  • Well acquainted with a variety of accounting systems is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in reporting and presentation techniques is a valuable attribute.
  • Strong understanding of international standards and regulatory mandates pertaining to Accounting & Reporting.
  • Demonstrating effective leadership qualities.
  • Strong problem solving & analytical abilities are essential competencies.
  • The ability to focus on achieving results and execute tasks efficiently is desirable.
  • Fluency in both Arabic & English.
Experience Required:
  • Graduate Degree in Accounting or Finance Management
  • ACCA/CPA/CA/MBA
