Job Description

As QFZA continues to grow, we have an increasing requirement to build and maintain our Free Zones. The position Head of Facilities Management - Buildings, is to be responsible to look after all building services that helps QFZA to operate efficiently.???????

  • Responsible for the successful management of FM/ O&M Contractor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established for the Operations Department. Enhance the operational?? ?procedure, systems, and principles by improving business processes
  • Assist in interviewing, selection and hiring, training new and existing employees while managing.
  • Performance Appraisals and other employee issues.
  • Organize, manage the budget & forecast of the assigned operational area along with the director.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Tenant / Developer / Contractors and its issues related to equipment quality
  • Work closely with the assets manager and team to perform analysis of QFZA asset and ensure that QFZA assets are utilized effectively, purchasing the right equipment, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce expenses
  • Implement all QFZA policies, especially those related to Qatarization.
