Job Purpose?ÿProvides Utilities & Offsites (desalination, waste management, steam, cooling water, IA/N2, flare and fuel gas systems) and Process Engineering knowledge, design, quality assurance, leadership and expertise for the EPC phase of a large scale LNG facility.?ÿDirects the preparation and stewardship of Utilities (and Process) Engineering , advices and recommends design procedures, processes, deliverables and alternative studies, as required, to optimize project delivery.?ÿSupport Construction, pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities within the EPC 1 facilities.?ÿJob is predominantly Utilities and Offsites focused.Key Job Accountabilities?ÿManages EPC Contractors Utilities & Offsites (and Process) Engineering activities including adherence with project objectives, requirements, specifications, standards, procedures, execution plans and design verification processes.ÿ?ÿProvides leadership to drive decisions for multi-discipline issues to progress the execution of the project.ÿ?ÿResponsible for overseeing EPC delivery of all aspects of detailed design, equipment, technical and execution definition, including procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of the utility and offsite systems.?ÿWorks closely with members of engineering team and aligns with the Engineering Manager on engineering needs, objectives, and requirements.ÿ?ÿWorks closely with the start-up organization to ensure plans are aligned to ensure a smooth transition to the start-up organization.?ÿAccountable for ensuring execution of work is technically aligned and in compliance with client Operations, Policies, Standards of Business Conduct and client Project Management System. Ensures delivery full compliance with project documents and through effective collaborations and interfaces, ensures ss design considers the full production life cycle.?ÿResponsible for knowledge of and sharing previous lessons learned, capturing and communicating current lessons learned to support review teams and future projects.
