Our client, a large corporate non-profit business in Qatar, are looking to hire a Head of Compliance.Reporting to the Risk and Compliance Director, the Head of Compliance will promote an organisational culture of compliance with internal and external rules, laws, regulations, policies and procedures, as well as propose, implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures. You will liaise with internal stakeholders and entities to identify gaps and weaknesses to provide recommendations to strengthen and minimise. Providing guidance and advice to the business on compliance related matters and ensure reporting any non-compliance or violation or regulations, policies and standards as well as monitoring the performance of the compliance programme to ensure and improve effectiveness.
