ob DescriptionWe are hiring for a Supervisor/Head Nurse Services for an Oil and Energy Industry in Doha, Qatar.The ideal candidate will manage the development and delivery of effective and appropriate Nurse Services to the client which Includes Occupational Health, Health Education, Trainings and Awareness to meet the health needs of the organization to oversee the section budgets, management and quality assurance of clinics and nurses to maintain high standards of care. Strategy and Performance Management

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Department short to mid-term strategic plan to ensure alignment with the Departments strategic gributies, and the corporate goals
  • Contribute to the development annual business plan for the assigned areas of responsibility to support the achievement of financial and water caves
  • Monitor, control and report key permemance indicators related to the Section in order to track performance and recommend correction acht
People Management
  • Manage the activities of direct reports to crosses that all work is carmed out in an efficient manner.
  • Manage the performance management procesa by seming annuar objectives, and developing staff mreugn mentoing coaching and constructive feedback troaming and developmentat needs conjunction with Human Capital Department bisage the knowlerne gaps to ensure commuus progression, and high-level of competence within the team.
