-Leads NFE Onshore Project Teams successful execution of Civil requirements throughout project life.-Drives the EPC Contractors Civil deliverables in accordance with the Project Specifications and the Engineering Surveillance Plan.-Demonstrates ability to plan and schedule work (short term and long term) and ensures execution of work plan by sub-ordinates.-Coordinates Civil technical support for procurement, quality, testing and construction activities.-Provides technical advisory support to the NFE Onshore Project Engineering Manager on Civil system design issues.-Supports risk management activities as required. Provide overall Civil engineering technical leadership and expertise.-Participates in Civil technical specification review and approval.-Performs timely review of specifications and documentation to ensure that project schedules are maintained.-Stewards EPC contractors activities with respect to Civil including:-Detail Civil engineering-Development and design of the Civil system-Development of the schedule, recommended deliverables, and labour hour estimate for Civil System.-Adherence to engineering and quality surveillance plans including interfacing with Companys -Vendor Quality Surveillance Engineer.-Measurement and reporting of physical progress-Selection, specification, and inspection of civil components-Procurement of Civil bid evaluations, bid tabulations, bid recommendations, etc.
